Spring is around the corner

We had a beautiful sunny day today, a little windy, but it was nice. It was enough for me to get out and do some yard work. The Pussy Willows are up and when I pushed away the leaves, the Sedum were breaking ground. Just what I needed to make a few photos.  The temperature is suppose to drop tonight and be around freezing tomorrow. March weather can be so up and down.

So nice to see some budding. We'll have a wait here, still. It was very cold today and there's still some snow.. sigh! Lovely pics, as always.

i walked out into my yard today, and it was like walking on a big wet sponge.

curious as to what the sedum will look like when it grows and blooms.

Cool. I love the "breaking ground" photos that reveal new life. Lovely.

Oh this is very cool...you are a lucky spring struck person! We're not finished with snow yet, so it will be a while for us...

Those sedum are such hardly little things ... it'll be some time before they appear here.

Even though I live in a warm climate, spring is still an exciting time..

And you've got the proof of it! Funny, we're a warmer climate here and I don't see any buds yet.
