Incredible lightening storm

On the way home from work today, there was an incredible lightening storm. I detoured down to the beach and set up a tripod to make a few photos.
This is my favorite.

Friday

What a beautiful Friday, the perfect day to pay hooky. I took a nice bike ride this morning down to Peconic Bay. The sun was shinning, birds chirping and everything was still. What a day. I did have an afternoon job to take care of. It was an outdoor photo, Everything was good, I even did a shadow portrait.
I took the Canon G10 with me and made these photos. Both were processed with ACR.

A Beautiful Day

It warmed up nicely today. I had two outdoor photo-ops and a bit of computer work to get done today. It all went well.

I made this photo Saturday on my walk with my wife and dog. It's the Peconic Bay, the body of water between the fish tails of Long Island's east end.

Made with the Canon G10 and processed with ACR.
