Cactus on the windowsill

Today felt like the first day of spring. It was warm and the sun was shinning. It was a perfect day for the little league parade I covered earlier.
I love this little cactus my wife brought back from here cousin’s home in California. It's been living here on the east coast for about fourteen months, and it's grown a bunch. It reminds me of flames.

this cactus is so pretty. i am fond of the shapes and the colours. i like how the green gently becomes the more redish colour.
