We have this little Red Maple in the backyard that really came out in color this fall.
In the past, the leaves just shrivel up and died.

I know! The colors are gorgeous right now but the leaves are fast falling today!

It glows with light and color. Our leaves are mostly gone.
Growing up in Virgina, these lovely trees were all over the town.. I remember taking the leaves and pressing them in wax paper..
such wonderful memories..thank you for bringing that back.
