A thin slice of Connecticut.


 
This is another photo from yesterday's walk along Long Island Sound. That thin line between the water and the light color in the sky is Connecticut. I was attracted to the vapor or steam cloud rising from a power plant.
The evenness of color and flatness of the sound were a perfect match for the kind of day it was.
Peaceful.

Since I'm a desert girl I thought it was some strange ocean phenomenon until I read your post! Everything is very flat except that plume.
