I made this photo a week or so ago. I just wasn't happy with the way it looked.
I'm happy with it now.
We had a beautiful weekend weather-wise. I spent yesterday doing chores and picking the remaining basil in the garden. I was able to make four cups of pesto. Today, I worked a surf fishing contest. Hopefully tomorrow will be beautiful and I can get out to do some new photography.

Just started following your blog about a week ago. There's a really nice sense of calmness to your photos and also to your writing style.
Yummy...now you have my tummy forcing some new dish.... If you posted this before I missed it, but I can't imagine what could have been not to your liking...this version is stunning...I can sense the warmth from the sand.....for some reason it just stands out so well to me!
I like it now, too. Any beach is a good beach no matter what the weather!
