I’m taking a brake from packing to post my last picture till Sunday or Monday. On the way to the bus stop with Evan I caught this oak leaf riding on the snow. It looked so isolated sitting on top of the three fresh inches of snow. When I stooped down to photograph it, I noticed parts of the leaf caught by the snow. It would be only a matter of time before it was all covered…
…As it turns out, today’s snow turned to rain. Lots of rain. There’s not much, if any, snow on the ground. The weatherman is calling for it to be very cold overnight and the ride to work should be slow. Figures I have to drive to the airport tomorrow.
