The little Red Maple tree in the yard has started to change color. I’m surprised that it still has any leaves after the two days of heavy winds.

We are having an incredibly early snow. They say that about 75 miles from here that it has snowed/iced so hard it is pulling the leaves off the trees!
I love maples!
the lighting here is beautiful.
i took many shots of fall leaves today. i was trying my darnedest to get something unique and not a typical fall leaves picture. it was hard, though. i need to experiment more with things like lighting as you have here. maybe that is what will take it from typical to beautiful.
